Taking a managed services renewal from expiry notice to signature
I owned a client's managed services agreement and Microsoft 365 licensing renewal end to end: the expiry check, the scoping, the commercial conversation, and the signature.

The problem
A client's managed services agreement and Microsoft 365 licensing were coming up for renewal. It needed someone who understood both what the client's environment actually required and how the agreement was structured, rather than handing it between a technical owner and a commercial one.
What I did
I identified the expiry, scoped what the client actually needed against what they were paying for, took the commercial discussion with them, and carried it through to signature. It was a five-figure annual contract value.
This came out of already being in the client's commercial calls, where renewals, budgets, and purchases get discussed, and of scoping and estimating work before it is sold or scheduled.
